BiCon 2008 in Leicester: 28th - 31st August 2008

BiCon 2008 will be the 26th UK residential conference/convention for bisexuals in the UK organised entirely by volunteers.

Last Minute Rooms Still Available

While the official accommodation deadline has passed. We are still able to book rooms on a case by case basis if you email Natalya to confirm availability.

Any flat-share requests need to be emailed to Natalya by Friday 15th August to enable us to allocate your flats correctly. We have discovered the flats aren't laid out as expected, so please check out the venue page for more details.

Please do not post cheques or registration forms at this point. If you are unable to send an electronic registration or payment by BACS or PayPal for any reason please email Natalya who will do her best to help you out.

BiCon 2008 will accept cash or cheques for Registration or Day-only bookings made at BiCon itself.

What's On at BiCon

Thursday is Bi ReCon with some evening intro workshops and social space

Friday is jam-packed full of workshops and activities

Saturday has workshops with a family fun slant, the BiCon photograph, followed by BiCon's Decision Making Plenary (AGM) and topped off by the superb BiCon Ball: Circus of the Bizarre

Sunday is another day jam-packed full of workshops as well as the BiCon closing ceremony.

Bi ReCon

For the first time ever BiCon and BiUK are co-hosting Bi ReCon a one-day event for building bridges between organisations, researchers and bisexual communities.

Bi ReCon will take place at BiCon on Thursday 28th August from 10:00-17:00 - BiCon attenders with full registration can attend for FREE!

Family Fun Day

BiCon isn't always easy for parents with children to attempt. As part of a longer term strategy to improve child-friendliness of BiCon and improve this situation BiCon 2008 is making the Saturday of BiCon a family friendly day. Please see our Family Fun Day page for more details.
